Return Window

You have 07 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase included
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alterations

How to Return

  1. Contact us: Email our customer service team with your order number
  2. Receive authorization: We'll send you a return authorization and shipping label
  3. Pack your items: Securely package your items with all original materials
  4. Ship it back: Use the provided shipping label to send your return

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for all domestic orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
